Whānau Protect

Whānau Protect is a service for people experiencing family violence who are at high risk of repeat harm that is likely to cause serious physical injury or death.

With Whānau Protect we can:

• Install a monitored security alarm for up to six months.

• Send a NZ Police patrol when the alarm is activated.

• Make home safety improvements to help you and your children continue to live safely in your own home.

Cases are looked at individually and decisions are based on the future risk of serious harm.
