We provide a free 24-hour Crisis Line: 0800 REFUGE (0800 733 843)

We operate a 24-hour crisis telephone service so that victims can contact us around the clock in an emergency.

This line will be answered by someone who can provide urgent support to women experiencing violence, including admittance to our Safe House.

When you ring follow the simple steps to be put through to your local Refuge. You will be automatically directed to someone who will be able to help.

Non-emergency calls should be directed to our office between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday-Friday.
